Brick to Brick Campaign

LBC's Brick to Brick (B2B) program recovers brick from demolition and renovation projects, removes the mortar and offers affordable salvaged brick for reuse.

Community Benefits for B2B include:

Offering a low-cost, low-impact, locally-sourced, high-quality brick product
Ability to match historic or existing brick types / patterns
Creating new jobs and workforce training opportunities
Extending the lifespan of local construction & demolition landfills
Generating additional earned income to support LBC’s operational growth
Developing a brick reuse business model which can be replicated nationally across the U.S.

LBC already has historic brick onsite ready to be cleaned and sold, and three other institutional projects where demolished brick would be cleaned and reused can be underway in Q2 / Q3 2026 if LBC has the equipment in place and operational.

Your contribution helps unlock $75,000 in matching funds based on the following criteria:

$50,000 in cash by June 1: These dollars will be matched by an anonymous donor for a total of $100,000 to purchase the machine from Brique Recyc and begin operations.

250 new donors: Once LBC secures donations from 250 new donors, $25,000 will be matched by an anonymous donor, enabling LBC to purchase equipment / supplies, execute marketing efforts, and complete facility improvements.
