COVID-19: CHANGES TO LBC OPERATIONS

Updated as of April 1, 2021

Out of concern for the safety of our customers, clients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, Lifecycle Building Center’s daily operations have been significantly modified. Please know that we are working diligently to roll out our new operational procedures as quickly as possible. We deeply appreciate your patience and support during this difficult time.

Reuse Center & Store

Appointments are no longer needed to shop! Please visit us anytime 10AM - 4PM, Thursday-Saturday.

New Store Hours

Starting January 7th, LBC will temporarily restrict operating hours for the Reuse Center to Thursday through Saturday from 10am-4pm, as we expand our team's capacity in order to better serve our community. We will also be temporarily restricting material donation pickups to Tuesdays and Wednesdays during this time, and deconstruction services will only be available on a limited basis.

We will continue to share updates, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve our programs and services!

Health and Safety Reminders for Shopping at LBC

  • Face masks are encouraged for nonvaccinated visitors

Material Donation Services:

 Drop Offs, Pickups, Deconstruction

Due to high demand for material pickup and deconstruction services, we are experiencing delays and long lead times. We apologize for frustrations this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Our team is working hard to increase our services. In the meantime, we ask for material donation requests to have several weeks of lead time, if possible, and appreciate any donors that are able to drop-off their donations at our location, Thursdays-Saturdays, 10AM-3PM.

LBC is resuming material donation services via a “no contact” drop off, pickup, & deconstruction.

  • Drop Offs- Material donation can be dropped off Thursday-Saturday, 10AM-3PM. Please note that LBC reserves the right to refuse material donations based on condition, customer demand, current inventory levels, etc.

  • Pick-up- Contactless pickups are available on a limited basis for large quantity materials that can be placed outside, curbside, or in an unoccupied area such as a garage.  At this time, LBC staff cannot enter homes or occupied structures.

  • Deconstruction- Projects will be accepted on a VERY limited basis. At this time, only unoccupied structures will be considered.
