Temporary Closure of LBC Operations
In order to mitigate the impacts of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and ensure the safety of our customers, clients and staff, Lifecycle Building Center will be adjusting daily operations beginning March 16th. Our Reuse Center & Store will be closed to the public. During this time, we will not be receiving material donation dropoffs or offering deconstruction and material pickup services.
We will be postponing our 3/21 Do-It-Yourself Workshop and will provide a full refund to registered participants. Nonprofit Material MATCH grant awards will continue to be processed, however, MATCH grant material pickups will be temporarily suspended. Volunteer events scheduled for March will also be rescheduled.
LBC will provide members of our team with teleworking opportunities and some staff may be onsite during the period that our facility is closed to the public. While we are closed, our focus will be to make improvements to our operational processes in order to more effectively serve the community through our programs. Temporarily closing the Reuse Center is a difficult step for us to take and we are eager to bring all of our services back online as quickly as possible. We ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time, as we all work to figure out the best way to protect the health of all members of our community.
We appreciate the incredible support each of you has provided to LBC. It is our honor to serve you and we look forward to doing so at full capacity again soon.
