Deconstruction/Warehouse Associate

The position is for a primary member of the Lifecycle Building Center material acquisition team. The process of facilitating material reuse by LBC starts with the evaluation of materials in the field for value and ends with the resale of these materials at our warehouse/store for 50-85% below retail prices and through the donation of free materials to other nonprofits. Material Donations Manager

Material Donations Manager (MDM) is responsible for the acceptance of material donations to LBC through donor drop-offs, material pick-up, managing and participating in the execution of pick-up and deconstruction projects. This position requires the ability to execute construction work and is very physical in nature. Heavy lifting, repetitive tasks and physical labor are common for extended periods of time from 6-8 hours per day, requiring a high level of physical fitness.
