Deconstruction and Donation Manager

This position is responsible for leading the LBC Pick-up and Deconstruction teams. We need your direct construction experience (you should have at least 3 years of hands-on professional experience), your construction management experience, and your knowledge of building systems.

You will start out managing these teams through scheduling, job appraisal, and site management. As our teams grow your skills in management will be utilized to create effective, and efficient teams operating with less supervision. You will focus on nurturing relationships that expand our opportunities for material collection, and the support needed to handle those materials quickly and safely.
